Preserving the Season – A summer workshop series on food fermentation

Fall fermentation that will consist of a total of 6 collective kitchen/ workshop. Each workshop will have a theoretical and practical component. The practical component of the workshops will have a collective kitchen format where participants will collectively prepare a fermentation recipe. The ferments will then be divided into portions of 1 liter which participants will take home. We will also provide printouts of other recipes and information about seasonality and health.
