Work with the Concordia Food Coalition
As a nonprofit rooted in food security and the social / solidarity economy , we understand the value of paying people properly and building a work structure that allows people to live. At the CFC—we value people over profit every time. That goes double for our team.

The STIR Program (Support, Training, Incubation, and Resources) is designed to strengthen campus-community food initiatives and help build capacity for a more resilient, just food system at Concordia and beyond. We help food initiatives grow their impact with tailored supports, training and access to expert advisors. Let’s stir things up together.

Got an idea for a campus food systems media project?
Whether it’s a zine, podcast, photo series, short video, or infographic campaign, the Creator Micro-Grant is here to help bring your vision to life. We’re offering small grants and support resources to support bold, creative projects that spark dialogue, build awareness, and shift narratives around food justice, sustainability, culture, and community on campus. Open to Concordia students and alumni —no fancy portfolio needed, just a strong idea and a passion for change.

Please note our offices are not wheelchair accessible. We are located on the second floor of the Z-Annex up two flights of stairs. If you would like to set-up a meeting with us in a wheelchair accessible location please reach out to us at: info@concordiafoodcoalition.com The Z-Annex is equipped with two gender neutral bathrooms, and is a shared space with other student groups and the Multi-Faith Spiritual Centre.
