On June 5 and 6, Community Food Centres Canada (CFCC) invites you and your team to join us for the 2024 Quebec Gathering in Kanien’kehá:ka / Mooniyang / Montréal. Come connect with others in the network, including our local partner sites, Carrefour Solidaire Community Food Centre and The Depot Community Food Centre.

As our network has grown so much over the past few years, CFCC has decided to host regional events for our different partners from coast to coast to coast. This two-day Regional Gathering will bring together community food organizations based in Québec, including Good Food Organizations (GFOs), Community Food Centres (CFCs), and other organizations doing work in this area.

On the agenda: stimulating workshops, presentations and discussions; sessions on collaboration, advocacy and mobilization; visits to each of the local Community Food Centre partners; delicious meals; and lots of time to connect, learn and share.

To adapt to the context in Quebec, the event will take place in both French and English, and related material and communications will be in both languages.

Participation in the event comes at no cost to attendees. This includes breakfast, lunch and snacks on both days, as well as a celebratory social event at the end of the second day. CFCC has a limited amount of travel and accommodation bursaries available.
