Burritoville Solidarity Cooperative was a student-run, mostly organic Mexican restaurant that served vegan and vegetarian food. They operated at 2055B Rue Bishop Montreal, across the street from the Hall Building. They transitioned to a cooperative in 2016, ultimately closing their doors in 2017 due to financial issues.

They were also a community hub and hosted many community events including: music nights, yoga classes, movie nights, beer making workshops and more. They also sold Brasseurs Illumines beer on tap (Source: Chevrieir, Erik 2022).
