Campus Potager started as a working group of the Concordia Food Coalition in 2015. They transform unused space on Concordia University’s downtown campus into productive vegetable gardens. They had three garden plots: Fulford Residence (an elderly woman’s home next to Concordia), Grey Nuns and the alleyway behind JMSB. They sold their organic produce available to make healthy, local food available at Pop-Up Market Stands around Concordia Campus. They also sold tea to the Hive Cafe Solidarity Co-operative. Since March 2020, they have remained inactive.
