In 2017, the CFC started a community kitchen called the Food Memories Collective Kitchen. Using funding from AVEQ, this project began in order to provide students with a kitchen in which to cook dinners and share recipes from their upbringing and culture. This kitchen also serves as a MAPAQ-certified space for vendors at the Concordia Farmers Market to cook their goods. In 2018, the Food Memories Collective Kitchen merged with Mother Hubbards.
